All transfers are settled via Escrow.com or Sav.com. Buyer funds are held by the escrow provider until registrar-to-registrar transfer completes. Typical settlement: 24–72 hours after funds clear.
If we are unable to deliver clean title to the agreed domain within the escrow window, the transaction is voided and buyer funds are returned in full by the escrow provider.
Domain sales are final upon successful registrar transfer. Refunds before transfer follow the escrow provider's standard policy.
Disputes are first handled through the escrow provider's resolution process. Any unresolved matter is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
